Straight answer first: XUDONG Philippines' Cavite floor is set up for wire-harness and cable-assembly manufacturing — that's what we build in-house. For a full electromechanical box build (populated enclosure, panel-mount connectorization, mechanical integration), we don't pretend to run an in-house EMS line we don't operate. Instead we fulfil that scope through a vetted manufacturing partner network and coordinate the whole program for you.
The value is single-threaded ownership without the overclaim: you send one drawing pack and BOM; our engineering desk runs DFM, splits the scope cleanly between the harness we build and the partner-built enclosure, supplies the sub-harnesses, schedules the partner, and consolidates documentation and shipping. When a connector pin-out changes, the harness drawing and the enclosure layout update in the same revision packet, and one team answers your questions.
On certifications we keep it honest: harness workmanship follows IPC/WHMA-A-620, and the IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IATF 16949 certificates are held by our China manufacturing partner Hebei Cloom. You send one drawing pack and BOM. We consolidate it across the harness we build and the partner-built enclosure so pin-outs, panel-mount layouts and mechanical fit stay in a single revision packet — not scattered across vendors.
Honest Scope, No Overclaiming
We build harnesses to IPC/WHMA-A-620 practices; the IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IATF 16949 certificates are held by our China manufacturing partner (Hebei Cloom). Box build is partner-fulfilled — we tell you which scope sits where before you commit.
Program Coordination
DFM review, BOM consolidation, harness supply, partner scheduling and consolidated shipping documentation are handled by our engineering desk, so the enclosure program moves without you chasing multiple suppliers.
