TXL / GXL wire mis-spec on engine-bay loom melts at 125 °C
GXL is rated to 125 °C; TXL only to 105 °C and the engine-bay temperature spec is 110 °C peak. A mis-pick on the BOM melts the jacket near the exhaust manifold. Our loom intake validates SAE J1128 wire-class against the routing-zone temperature map per OEM.

Convoluted-tubing slit-orientation lets road-spray through at the wheel-well
Slit-convoluted tubing with the slit facing forward at the wheel-well lets road-spray straight onto the conductor. Our routing standard locks slit orientation in the DXF call-out — DFM round 1 catches mis-orientation.

Edge-protector tape unzips at the body-pinch point during ECN re-route
When ECN re-routes the loom through a sharper body-pinch radius, the edge-protector tape unzips inside 200k cycles. Our re-route ECN process re-validates pinch radius against IPC/WHMA-A-620 §6.5 minimum bend-radius ratios.

Hand-twisted CAN pair with > 25 mm pitch drift drops 8 % at 1 Mb/s eye-pattern test per ISO 11898-2. Our CAN-pair cell uses Schleuniger MPC 940 with 18-22 mm pitch lock and per-meter pitch verification.
