Dupont (clone of Berg/FCI Mini-PV) 2.54 mm housings retain on a single barbed lance — wire pulls past 4 N when the lance is mis-formed at stamping. Our incoming gates lance height per Berg PS-65039-001 §4.2 and rejects sub-spec lots before they reach the crimp cell.

Field-rework on Dupont jumper headers cracks the housing at the chamfer because PA66 is glassy without GF reinforcement. Our spec library substitutes the customer-spec'd PA66-GF15 lot when the application calls for any flex relief; visual is identical, mechanics are not.
