Molex MX150 silicone wire seals extrude past the housing flange after 1000 h at 105 C if the wire-OD-to-seal-bore ratio is wrong. Our DFM table maps every wire P/N to the correct color-coded seal (MX150 sheet PS-33000-001 §6) and the operator pulls from a barcoded bin — no guesswork.
