Automotive-grade process control with full PPAP/APQP discipline. The IATF 16949 certificate (NQA T198433 / IATF 0611191, valid to 2029-08-08; scope: wire harness production) is held by our China manufacturing partner Hebei Cloom Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) credential (Serial A620DS-26031361529, valid to 2028-03) held by a quality specialist at our China manufacturing partner Hebei Cloom. Continuity Verification
Cirris CR-easy: 100% net continuity, 100% open, 100% short. Pass = 0 anomalies.
Dielectric Withstanding
1500 V AC, 60 s, leakage threshold 0.5 mA per IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3.
HiPot / Insulation Resistance
500 V DC, ≥ 100 MΩ between conductors per UL 758.
Crimp Pull Force
Daily pull-test on a sample of every terminal lot. ≥ 60 N for AWG 22 vs 40 N IPC-A-620 minimum.
Visual Inspection
10× microscope review of crimp height, bell mouth, insulation crimp per IPC-A-620 Class 3 §19.
Environmental Sampling
Salt-fog 96 h, thermal shock -40 / +85 °C × 100 cycles, IP67 immersion on every new program.

Pull-Force Tester
Calibrated to ±5 N. Daily sample of every terminal lot, AWG 22 target ≥ 60 N (vs IPC-A-620 Class 3 minimum 40 N).
Crimp Microscope Inspection
10× magnification per IPC-A-620 §19. Crimp height, bell mouth, and insulation crimp reviewed on every lot first-article.
Lead-Free Solder Pot
SWT-100 SAC305 alloy, lead-free per RoHS. Tinning operation feeds the next overmold cell.
Automated Soldering Cell
YJCH 205H smart soldering, closed-loop temperature control at 380 °C ±3 °C.
Auto Wire Cut & Strip
Komax-style cell with vision feedback; zero-strand-damage strip per IPC-A-620 Class 3 §5.
Terminal Crimping Station
Four-point cross-section every shift, CJT/Molex/TE die calibration logged in MES.
Material Library Is Audited Per Lot.
Every wire, terminal, connector and over-mold compound that enters the Cavite plant is traceable to its supplier certificate and material file. Lot data is bar-coded into MES at receiving and stays attached to every harness through final test.
