Eight Capabilities
Behind Every Harness.
Crimp, splice, solder, overmold, test, kit — under one IATF 16949 roof, 30 minutes from MICT. No subcontracted crimp cells. No off-site test bench. One MES barcode follows every harness from cut-strip to vacuum-bag.

What Capability Means Here
Eight Stations.
One MES.
Zero Hand-offs.
A capability is more than a machine list. It's the calibration record, the operator certification, the first-piece SOP and the SPC chart that proves the cell is in-control today. We define eight core capabilities — four major (crimping, soldering, testing, overmolding) and six supporting (cut/strip, ultrasonic welding, splicing, kitting, packaging, traceability).
Every XDPI harness flows through this fixed sequence on the same 12,000 m² floor — no contract crimping, no third-party test labs, no off-site rework benches. The same fixture-board operator who built lot 1 of your custom harness builds lot 100,000. The same Cirris CR-easy bench logs both.
Box-build customers see the same line in reverse — see box build for the enclosure side and tooling for the injection-mold shop that feeds overmold.
Four Core Capabilities
The Four Cells
Behind Every Quote.
Crimping
Komax KMK-08 cells + Komax Alpha 530 fully automatic. ±5N daily pull-force calibration; 22 AWG ≥60N (vs 40N IPC minimum).
- Crimp Force Monitoring 100% cells
- AWG 30 to 4/0
- TE / Molex / JST / JAE / Hirose
Soldering
JBC AD-2BC stations, J-STD-001 trained operators, ESD-protected lines (10⁶ Ω/m). 10× microscope inspection per IPC-A-610 §5.
- IPC-A-610 Class 3
- Sn96.5/Ag3/Cu0.5 no-clean
- MIL-DTL-23053 heat-shrink
Testing & Inspection
Cirris CR-easy + CH2 testers. 100% continuity, 1500V AC HiPot 60s @ 0.5mA leakage, IR ≥100MΩ at 500VDC per UL 758.
- Salt-fog 96h ASTM B117
- Thermal shock -40/+85°C
- 10M flex per IEC 60068-2-31
Overmolding
Single-shot TPE/PVC up to 65 Shore-A; double-shot for two-color. In-house tooling $800–$12K NRE. 50,000+ flex cycles validated.
- TPE-S, TPE-V, TPU, silicone
- Cycle 25–45s
- USP Class VI for medical

One Direction.
Material flows in one direction — from receiving dock at the north wall to bonded stock at the south gate. No backtracking. No bench-side rework. The floor is laid out so a customer auditor can walk the serial number from the gate to the truck.

What Holds The Line
Six Things Buyers Audit.
Single-Roof Process
All eight core capabilities sit on the same 12,000 m² Cavite floor. No subcontractor crimp, no satellite test bench. One MES, one PPAP file.
SEC 00-01
Calibration Discipline
Mahr MarCal calipers re-verified weekly. Komax pull-force fixtures torque-wrenched daily to ±5 N. Cirris testers loop-back checked at every shift change.
SEC 00-02
Material Lab
On-site cross-section press for crimp height (±0.025 mm), salt-fog chamber for ASTM B117 96-h tests, thermal shock chamber -40/+85 °C × 100 cycles.
SEC 00-03
First-Piece Discipline
Every shift opens with a first-piece sample on every cell — pull-force, cross-section, continuity. No production runs without the green slip in the MES.
SEC 00-04
In-House Tooling
Mold shop builds the injection tool that the overmold cell runs. One PO, one timeline, one party accountable when the tool needs revision after an ECN.
SEC 00-05
Operator Training
45+ internal IPC/WHMA-A-620 trainers. Every operator re-tests every 24 months per IPC J-STD-001 §1.4. Training records sit alongside PPAP.
SEC 00-06
Six Supporting Capabilities
The Other Six That
Make The Schedule.
Cutting & Stripping
Schleuniger MegaStrip 9650 + Komax Kappa 330 cut-to-length cells. ±0.3 mm length tolerance, 26 AWG to 4 AWG, blade-life logged per spool.
Ultrasonic Welding
Schunk Minic-II copper-to-copper splice cells. 200–400 µm² compaction window, ASTM B910 pull tests on every shift first-piece.
Splicing
Crimp splice + heat-shrink encapsulation per SAE/USCAR-38. Solder splice + Raychem ES2000 sleeve for aerospace and medical.
Kitting & Sub-Assembly
Bagged kits with serialized BOM travelers. Component pre-staging cuts box-build line side time by 30–40% on multi-cable enclosures.
Packaging & Logistics
Vacuum-bagged with desiccant for sea freight 18–22 days. ESD bagging per ANSI/ESD S20.20. MICT 30 minutes from the gate.
Traceability
MES barcode on every harness ties to operator ID, crimp cell, terminal lot, wire spool, Cirris log. 7-year retention per IATF 16949 §7.5.

Founder Note · Mr. Fei Bo Hu
“A capability isn't a Komax serial number on a wall. It's the daily 8 a.m. pull-test fixture, the green first-piece slip in the MES, and the operator who's been on that cell since 2019. The reason we publish equipment vendors and standards line-by-line is because that's the level your auditor will ask at — and we'd rather you read it before the audit, not during.”
