We do not treat industries as isolated silos. The Cavite plant runs a single Komax-anchored crimp floor, a single Cirris test bench layout and a single document-control system — then layers industry-specific work instructions, fixture boards and material lots on top. That is how the same 500+ headcount can deliver a 600 V EV battery harness in the morning and a biocompatible overmolded patient cable in the afternoon.
The differentiator is not the equipment list — most contract manufacturers buy from the same vendors. The differentiator is operator certification depth (45+ in-house IPC-A-620 trainers), the Japanese-trained quality cadre that runs first-pass inspection, and the document infrastructure that lets us produce a PPAP Level 3 package, a DMR/DHR record, an FAI per AS9102, or a UL 4703 traceability chain on demand without a three-week scramble.
