US Cable Assembly Manufacturer
Custom and OEM cable assemblies built in Cavite, Philippines — overmolded, USB-C, M12, LVDS, coax, power, and signal — with IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 acceptance and a non-China production origin. Built for US OEMs that need a China-alternative, tariff-resilient EMS partner with a documented non-China production origin, English-language support, and Section 301 / UFLPA-aware sourcing.

Cable Assembly
Custom Cable Assembly Built To The Drawing.
A cable assembly is only as good as the crimp, the strain relief, and the test plan behind it. We build custom and OEM cable assemblies to your drawing — overmolded USB-C, M12 sensor cables, LVDS and display cables, coax and RF, power, and multi-conductor signal harnesses — on production cells that hold the same crimp tooling and inspection gates used for the volume run.
Each build runs against IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 acceptance by default, with calibrated applicators, cross-section verification, pull-force logging, and continuity and HiPot test where the application calls for it. Connectors are sourced through brand-authorized channels with receiving traceability, so the assembly that ships is the assembly that was qualified.
For low-volume and OEM programs there is no minimum-order wall in front of the sample: NPI starts at one piece on the intended production cell, and the first 12-hour RFQ reply spells out the real lead time, DFM call-outs, and documentation path.
Overmold & Connector Depth
Custom strain reliefs, boots, backshells, and sealed exits through in-house mold engineering, plus brand-authorized connector sourcing for USB-C, M12, LVDS, coax, and circular programs.
English-Language Engineering Desk
US engineering, quality, and procurement teams work directly in English with the Cavite desk — RFQ replies, DFM notes, work instructions, and audit calls are handled in English without an extra relay layer.
Lead Time & Logistics To The US
Cavite ships to the US by air and ocean freight through standard forwarders, with the PEZA export record, commercial invoice, packing list, and Philippine certificate-of-origin support your customs broker needs. We do not file your entry or set duty rates — your broker confirms the HTS classification and current duty treatment.
Comparison
Brokered Cable Sourcing vs XUDONG Cavite
The buyer question for cable assemblies is usually about crimp quality, test evidence, and whether a low-volume program will be treated seriously. The Cavite program is structured to answer all three with records, not claims.
| Decision Factor | China-origin / single-source sourcing | XUDONG · Cavite |
|---|---|---|
| Crimp & inspection baseline | IPC-A-620 class may be quoted as Class 2 unless Class 3 is called out and priced separately. | IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 acceptance is the default, with calibrated applicators and cross-section verification. |
| Test evidence | Continuity may be the only test, with little documentation shipped to the customer. | Continuity, HiPot, insulation-resistance, and pull-force records ship with the sample where the application requires them. |
| Connector sourcing | Gray-market or unverified connector channels increase counterfeit and lead-time risk. | Brand-authorized connector sourcing with receiving traceability for USB-C, M12, LVDS, coax, and circular families. |
| Low-volume support | Production cells often push higher MOQs to cover setup. | 1-piece NPI on the intended production cell, with pilot and volume tiers quoted up front. |
| Tariff & origin exposure for US buyers | China-origin shipments are exposed to Section 301 surcharges on the affected HTS lines, and a single China source has no documented alternate origin. | When Philippine origin is established under the applicable rules, the affected lines fall outside the China Section 301 target, giving US procurement a documented, UFLPA-aware alternate source — with the HTS classification and duty rate confirmed by your customs broker. |
Program Process
How A Program Starts
The fastest way to qualify an overseas supplier is to make the first week concrete: drawing review, engineering questions, sample plan, quality documentation, and export assumptions. That is how we structure the kickoff.
01
Send drawings, BOM, photos, or a sample
DXF, PDF, harness-board photos, connector list, annual volume, target lead time, and required documentation are enough for the first review. A mutual NDA can be signed before drawing transfer.
02
Free DFM and material review
Cavite engineering checks connector availability, crimp tooling, fixture-board need, cable jacket, test requirements, and any overmold or backshell tooling. The first reply includes NPI, pilot, and production pricing.
03
Sample on the production cell
The first article is built on the intended Cavite production cell. Cross-section photos, pull-force logs, continuity, HiPot, and dimensional checks ship with the sample.
04
Pilot lot and control-plan lock
Pilot production validates operator cycle time, fixture repeatability, connector supply, packing method, and inspection sampling. The control plan is locked only after pilot defects and customer comments are closed.
05
Production plus export package
Commercial shipments include the PEZA export record, certificate-of-origin support, invoice, packing list, and traceability records your customs broker or freight forwarder needs.
Capability Stack
Cable Assembly Capability
The Cavite floor runs the equipment, operators, and quality records needed to take cable-assembly programs from drawing to qualified production without resetting the engineering standard.
Overmolded assemblies
Custom strain reliefs, boots, backshells, and sealed exits via in-house mold engineering, including USB-C and circular overmolds.
Coax / RF assemblies
Coax, microwave, and RF cable assemblies with controlled-impedance connectors and continuity / VSWR-aware test plans where specified.
M12 / LVDS / display cables
M12 sensor and industrial cables, LVDS and display cables, and shielded signal assemblies with per-leg labeling.
Power & signal cables
Power, battery, and multi-conductor signal assemblies with crimp, solder-cup, and IDC termination options.
Test & inspection
Continuity, open/short, HiPot, insulation resistance, crimp cross-section, pull force, and microscope inspection.
Documentation
FAI, control plans, material declarations, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 training records for customer onboarding.
Facility
One Philippines Floor, Group Engineering Behind It.
The Cavite plant sits inside the broader XUDONG group footprint, which spans tooling, mold engineering, and connector sourcing across Asia. That gives the Philippines floor engineering depth and supplier leverage while keeping production origin, labor base, export process, and customer-facing communication Philippines-based.
For a transfer program that balance is the point: close enough to the Asian tooling and connector network to retain engineering leverage, but with a real non-China production origin and an English-speaking interface for overseas buyers.

Certifications & Records
Audit Pack Before Production.
The certificate list is only the front page. For active programs, the real audit pack includes control plans, calibration records, operator training, material declarations, inspection logs, and origin-support documentation tied to the shipment.
